Vinified alone, made from the incredible black Cabernet Franc grape that boasts of tobacco, raspberry, cassis and violets with a hint of classic bell pepper.

A big Cab Franc with great color and balanced tannin’s. Very drinkable now but will age well and peak at perfection in about 5 years.

This classic California Cab will pair with a garlic rubbed rib-eye steak, filet mignon, braised short ribs, red pasta sauces or wild game like elk and bison.

The grapes were sourced from the Fairplay area of the El Dorado County AVA known for there incredible big bodied reds and well balanced fruit. Aged in American Oak to enhance the Cab flavors that the California style is known for.
