Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Our goal is for you to be our client forever. We will replace or credit your account for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed by either the wine-making process -or- improper shipping of that wine from the winery. We ask that you simply return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement.
Wine is subjective. There will be times when you just will not like one of the wines shipped to you. If simply do not like one of the wine varietals just email us. We encourage you to try it before you make a determination as our wines are different. We will credit 50% of the purchase price of the original bottle against the value of the replacement bottle. We will ship the additional replacement with your next order. You choose the replacement bottle. We want you to be satisfied.
Wine is a food product and subject to spoilage if not stored correctly. We are unable to replace wine which has been spoiled by improper storage, transportation, or extended aging. Since you store and age wines at your own risk if you are in a warm climate store in a climate-controlled wine refrigerator.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders or wines returned for quality issues stemming from conditions beyond our control, or for any cancelled wine club shipments.
Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of any corked or otherwise flawed product, or if you have additional questions. Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling.
